The Perez Hermanos Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a promotional program that is offered as a benefit for all Perez Hermanos’ registered clients (“Client”).  This program is sponsored by America’s Fresh Foods, Inc. (“AFF”) and administrated by AFF doing business under the name Perez Hermanos.

Upon inscribing as a participant of the program, the Client authorizes AFF, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other companies hired by AFF or suppliers of AFF to send promotional information via text message, email, telephone communication, mail, among other communication methods. In addition, the client authorizes the use of his/her name and/or picture for promotional purposes and share information among AFF, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other companies hired by AFF or suppliers of AFF.

The Perez Hermanos Rewards program is Copyright protected as a collective work and/or compilation, according to Copyright laws in United States of America and Puerto Rico, international agreements and other laws regarding Copyright. One cannot use the names, logos, nor AFF commercial trademarks in anyway way without previous written consent by AFF.
